EDC Announces Officers for 2009-2011 |

The Board of Directors of the Economic Development Corporation of Decatur and Macon County (EDC) recently elected new officers to lead the Corporation’s Executive Committee. The officers will serve two year terms and will work closely with the EDC Board of Directors, management and staff in the implementation of EDC operational goals and objectives in the coming years.

Learn more about the Decatur-Macon County Work Force through the Work Force Analysis which offers a comparison of area labor wage, benefit and quality data to that of several states and communities in the Midwest, specifically focusing on the general manufacturing and biotechnology/food processing industry clusters. The study also considers company relocation factors as well as providing an analysis of work force training needs.
